Bad Dream

"Fratello, this isn't what it looks like!"

"What the hell do you mean it's not what it looks like?! You're fucking naked with Kiku in bed!"

"Fratello, please don't leave me!"

Lovinoo's eyes popped open as a sob rose from his throat. Tears began to run down his flushed cheeks. His hands rushed to his face as he heard his brother's upset voice in his mind. He shook his head and trembled violently, as he sobbed quietly.

This has to be a bad dream! Feliciano still loves me and I still love him! Lovino's mind screamed at him as he stared at his hands. A warm hand pulled him out of his thoughts and a calming voice soothed his frantic sobs.

"Lovino, shhh... Liebe, you're okay... I'm right here." Came the soft, soothing voice from Ludwig. His accent was woven into his words along with concern and love. His warm hand brushed the tears from Lovino's hazel brown eyes as warm lips brushed against his temples.

Lovino held onto that warm hand and closed his eyes tightly. He wanted everything that had happened to him that week to be just a bad dream but at the same time, as he felt Ludwig's comforting voice fill his eardrums, he was happy it was real. If his brother hadn't cheated on him, Lovino would never have been comforted by the German.

"Shh, it's only a bad dream." Ludwig whispered and kissed the crying Italian. Lovino welcomed the soft kisses and nodded as the tears continued to fall from his eyes.

Si, just a bad dream...
